Former Chief Executive Officer,

Mohd Vijay, better known as, works closely with Sales Department and the Administrative Department to help the company in managing the completion on revenues and also the whole range of business activities and in all jurisdictions in which the company operates.

 

With his capabilities ,he was appointed as a CEO ever since Homegrown Concept SDN BHD was incorporated .He was also offered to become a company director/shareholder at the same time.

 

Vijay has been in the service industries and aviation industry for many years and a big contributor in sales & marketing department in both industries.

With his efforts, Homegrown business in Kuala Lumpur  grew considerably, fetching up almost RM20 million under his management.

 

Vijay believes after sales service in a very important point to ensure clients satisfaction and better relationship.

 

He was formerly with the Pan Pacific Hotels Kuala Lumpur at the early stage when he arrived in Kuala Lumpur. After few years in Kuala Lumpur, he moved to Singapore also in hotel industry focusing on food & beverage department in managing roles and able to achieved the Excellent Service Award back in 1997/98.

 

After many years in service industry, finally Vijay moved to fitness industry also focusing in sales with Fitness First Malaysia ,with his involvement ,the club manage to be the third highest sales among all the clubs in the world in October 2006.

 

In 2007, vijay officially joined aviation industry also in sales in managing roles with Abda Aviation SDN BHD, he employed and managed a sales team with Abda Aviation  with an average of RM5-8 million sales revenue on that year.He was also invited by IATA( The International Air Transport Association) to participate for their conventions in few countries.

 

With his sales & marketing experience, he was offered to join an international real estate company called Jardin Smith International Berhad & Asia Plantation Capital with a maximum supervision and training experience, while sales was approximately RM 50-80 million per anum. With Asia Plantation Capital ( APC ),Vijay exposed himself with overseas sales like in Brunei, Thailand & Indonesia .

 

With these companies, Vijay's ability in sales & marketing, also provide leads generation, designed specific sales training, managing sales team are the main focus on his task.

 

Vijay was also involved in the opening team for Brunei (APC),Jakarta ( APC ), Penang(APC).

 

 Vijay was fully engage with Homegrown Concept SDN BHD as a CEO and focusing on a local Agarwood plantation while sales are maintain on average of RM 2-3 million every months with a unique concept which he designed personally.

 

He strongly believe, it is always good to give back the return to his clients in a very short term in order to maintain a long term relationship with them.

 

Since may 2015 till May 2016, the sales revenue under Mohd Vijay fetched up to RM 20 million where he works closely with the sales team to maintain a very high end level standard of sales.

 

After Homegrown Concept, Vijay managed to open another company called Kharas Assets International SDN BHD ( August 2016 ),he was appointed to advise the company and to maintain the similar standards of sales & marketing plus he owns 25% of the company share.

 

Nowadays, vijay has recently set up a new company, which collaborating with one of the leading Borneo Agriculture company name, M&J Agriculture SDN BHD. ( Sarawak Black Pepper )

After two years, LV Green SDN BHD, also specialize in Black Pepper business, based in Miri had appointed Vijay to train their Sales & Marketing team and to monitor the administration in Kuala Lumpur.

 

In 2018, Vijay and his sales teams opened the door for the purchasers who are into Cash Crops Plantations ,Phuket Properties and Cambodia Coffees whereby LetSell team is now focusing as a Marketing Arms for these products where purchasers can allow their money work for them.
